I think that would depend on circumstances. Are you at your own home? No guests? Then go ahead and sleep however you want, hell put on your girlfriend's lingerie if you want, you're at your own home you can do whatever you want. If you're a guest at someone else's home, sleep in some pyjamas, or at least your underwear, hopefully you wear boxers and not y-fronts. I hate when some of my friends would sleep over and they'd sleep in their underwear and wake up with morning wood and walk around looking for something to eat.

Without underwear, you can "air" things out, but with, it's thirty-seconds less that you have to spend getting dressed.

Sleeping with tight underwear may result in dream ejaculation or sleep ejaculation and you may have to clean.Night dress should be slightly loose.If you are married/with woman,she could arouse you if she wants if it is loose.

When it is hot it is better to sleep with no clothes on thus letting the fresh air penetrate.

i dont know any bad things. i mean i free ball and i have no problems. if you got a cat or you think you might hurt yourself then hey would not hurt to wear a pair
