Weights and Protein...
Lift weights at low reps, high weight, and take up to 35 grams of protein to supplement your body's muscle growth.
The key though is the low reps, high weight... to should lift the weights to failure... which means until you can't do it anymore.
3 sets of 8 reps... and if you can finish the last set, add 5 more pounds next time.
Good luck!

You have to have a protein supplement you get that from a health food store and lift weights. You may need to eat 6 times a day but only small meals of coarse. Join a gym it is the best way you will get all the help you need for your goals

Why don't you do a sensible workout for upper body??? Be sure you are eating right with lots of fruits, but also sufficient protein. Leave out the fattening stuff. You drink lots of water, walk a half hour every day.
No fried foods
No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
Good Luck

go to the gym and ask the instructor to advise the best machines to work out on. Maybe even get them to set you a programme to follow. Also take weight gain products from health stores (not steroids) and eat plenty of white meat for protein.

You cant build muscle fast when your a really skinny person (called ectomorph in science terms). for your body type, unfortunately it takes a LONG time and alot of eating to build some muscle. Trust me im an ectomorph too.

you're not going to be able to. you are a small built person, there's nothing wrong with that. you probably won't be able to until you are older. my guess is that you haven't gotten you "man body " yet. most guys don't really develop the kind of muscles they want until later in life.
