I am 17 and my penis is 3inches soft and erect it is 4inches is this ok ?

It sound a bit smaller than normal, but you may be going through a delayed adolescence. Check with a doctor.

Yes - it is OK. Enjoy what you have. If you are overweight, this could give you the impression that your penis is smaller. Lose weight, get slim and you might just be bigger sport!

the average human male penis is 5 inches long so your alittle below average but you are still young.
