Hey Guys,

Umm right now I ain't like been keeping to well. Not sleeping at night and everyime I eat am being sick, really getting worried about my wellbeing now and my wife wants me to make an appointment with the doctor, can you suggest what the problem could be?

I can't afford to lose weight as I need my energy for touring and just everyday life I'm trying not to like let this whole thing bring me down umm thanks for your help for those that think I'm looking ugly right now I'm not just not feeling my greatest so please don't offend by saying im ugly etc etc

I have to wash my skin thoroughly daily and this substance starts appearing again as the time passes after washing it. This is not a new thing to me, I am having this problem for about a decade or so. The reason I haven't been able to disclose this to any physician is that I am extremely shy and afraid of the consequences what will happen if I tell this to someone else.
I am 30 now. I am curious about this problem and want the proper solution of this strange problem.

anyways. so me and my sister were talking a while back and I decided that if I felt I should be bi then I would try it... so I posted a bulletin on myspace saying that I might be bi...and now this girl who I have liked in the past and my ex girlfriend were talking about me behind my back... on their comments... and basically I read everything that they said about me and I am really confused as to why she would go behind me to do all of that... and my ex was saying stuff like I was just gay or that she thought I was imature and trying to impress everyone... and I am really confused as to why this girl I like was like not defending me at all. and then I talked to my ex which we have become friends since the break up and I was like saying that I just couldnt trust anyone and that I was sad because I felt like everyone was stabbing me in the back and I said... that I was glad I could trust her and she said YEAH! like she had never said anything about me I wonder if I should confront her?

Went to the hospital yesterday and the doc said there was too much blood in my urine...and i may have kidney stones. He asked me whether i have seen any blood, but i haven't. This morning i saw quite a bit of blood and well, it stung a tiny bit.

Do you think i may have one? or could it be something else?? and if so, any suggestions to help relieve it.
