It happens. It really depends how loose things are down there.
Some guys have it happen when they're about to climax, but sometimes it happens to guys just out of the blue.
If it is painful, then you might want to see a Doctor about it, but as far as I know and from my experience, it is normal for it to occasionally occur.

yep it happens during strenuous excercise, and during sex. Just before a man ejaculates the testicles lift up close as possible to the pubic area and sometimes slip back into the inguinal canal.
