I have to wash my skin thoroughly daily and this substance starts appearing again as the time passes after washing it. This is not a new thing to me, I am having this problem for about a decade or so. The reason I haven't been able to disclose this to any physician is that I am extremely shy and afraid of the consequences what will happen if I tell this to someone else.
I am 30 now. I am curious about this problem and want the proper solution of this strange problem.

If talking to your regular doctor is a problem, you could make an appointment with a urologist. They are more apt to have seen this before, and it may be easier knowing that you are talking to a specialist. Don't wait.

You probably have a fungal infection and need to treat it with topical corticosteroids.It's probably past the point of being treated with off the shelf antifungal creams. Get over the shyness and go to the doctor. After a few weeks of treatment it could be gone.
