Many people have fetishes that include electro-stimulation.
If you're new to elecro-stimulation, then you should start out using the lowest settings possible.
If you crank up the juice too quickly, you could do serious damage.
I've read several articles where TENS units were used during acts of sex (mainly BDSM) so I'd recommend that you do a google search or something for 'electro stimulation' to see what kind of articles you come up with.

you mean a TENS unit?
if you like the sensation of shocking yourself while beating off, then do it. I don't think it would hurt.
But then, I am not a doctor...
