Ok, here goes. It's called the stranger. It's when you sit on your hand until it falls asleep, and then beat it. That way it feels like somebody else is doing the dirty work.
The stranger deluxe is the same thing except that you paint you fingernails before hand so that it looks more like a girl's hand is beating you off.
