Yes you are at risk without using protection everytime. Whether you ejaculate in him or not. You don't know that he may have something either. Any break in the skin is all it needs to spread disease. This can be just as simple as a blackhead, or pimple that you don't know about, or even a cavity in your teeth. Your best bet is to ALWAYS use protection. Best of luck to you........

Presumably you are concerned with HIV? Then yes, you would have been at risk, it only takes a microscopic cut on either of you to transfer body fluids, and anal sex is high risk without protection. To lessen the risk, use a condom next time.

you are obviously worried about it,but my understanding is that aids is spread through the exchange of body fluids either yours to him,if you are infected, or his to yours,if he is infected.....i would guess that there could be a small chance of infection, but if you are worried go and get checked.....its better than spending all your time worrying about it.

and next time so you dont have to go through all this agony again.....make sure you are protected....if your clear this time you may not be so lucky next....good luck
