liver,iron,folic acid B12 supplements in the form of green leafy vegetables, like lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, spring onions,etc. Eat nuts, like sunflower seeds, peanuts, and also beans are very good for improving hemoglobin levels.
For liquids, you should drink carrot and tomato juice as well as milk and water. good luck xxx =D

You need to get iron in you to improve your hemoglobin. I know all about the hemoglobin level. I suffer from hemophilia which is a bleeding disorder and I am always needing to improve my hemoglobin level since it is and always will be low.

No. Apple does not improve Hb%. Iron,folic acid B12 supplements in the form of green leafy vegetables and milk does the trick.

i haven't heard of an apple helping but liver should help your hemoglobin.

u r adviced 2 take beetroot, carrot, pomogranate, anjur(called in hindi) n leafy vegetables
