I have left side inguinal hernia which started developing slowly since 10 years. now i have pain and the intestine is protruding out in to the sacral sac.
some one from the medical side of any dicipline like homeopathy natural medicine etc.,

im not a doctor, but i am studying anatomy & physiology, along with biochemistry, and organic chem. I believe some good stuff would be rectal inserts of hydrocortisol. you can also try topical skin relief medicines, but consult with your doctor. this is some major hernia you have. i feel sorry for ya.

you can get a surgical support but an operation is best as they can become strangulted and gangarene can set in
