Instead of circumcision you can have the foreskin just slit, to me this is a better option as it does not remove the foreskin and looks more natural.

I think there's a non-surgical solution to phimosis. You should be able to eventually gently stretch the opening of the foreskin until it's large enough, but it might take a few weeks. And I think there are creams that will help, but ask your doctor.

In the meantime, don't have sex/be gentle and use lube, because if it bleeds and tears, it might tighten from healing. So yeah, if you want a method that won't hurt but will take a while, there it is. And ask your doctor/look on the internet for more.

Circumcision is the only solution to phymosis. You can asked a doctor just to make a slit vertically to open the foreskin without entirely removing it. I have that type of circumcision and it looks unique. The healing time is usually a week, just keep it clean and apply some bacitracin oint over the wound to aid healing it fast.

In most cases, phimosis doesn't require circumcision. You can get a vertical cut or partial circumcision.

Even if the doctor wants to do full circumcision, you don't have to do it - there are other ways to preserve the foreskin. If you lose it, you will regret.
