I find that on days when I'm mad busy and I can't always squeeze in proper meals, I tend to pee a lot more. Very dilute, varying amounts. It's always been like this. It's not an illness or symptoms - and is not worrying me, I've just always wondered...anyone else find this?

I had laser eye surgery about 10 years ago. All has been great but lately my one ye seems to be getting weaker and it is starting to get worse.

Three questions:

1. Does anyone know whether it is safe to have laser eye surgery twice?

3.Should I should go to an optomotrist before a laser eye clinic.

2. Can anyway recommend a laser clinic in London and a good optomotrist?

eva since i got fired from my job last week, nothins been the same. i had problems w a sleep schedule before, but not like dis. last week wasnt that bad. i would stay up online till bout 4am, than go on a phone chatline before sleep at around 5am. usually i can get up at 11am, and go thru da day fine. there is no set time i sleep, n my schedule changes daily. i went w a group on the greyhound to DC past weekend, n got 2hrs sleep on the way, n i slept all day sunday, gettin up at around 5pm. i stayed up till 4am, than went to bed n got up at 11 n got to my class on time(tuesday)...basically i sleep from 5/6am, gettin up at 5/6pm...sleepin most of the time! im always tired when awake too. i kno i got stuff to get done, but how do i motivate myself to manage my time better? how do i build inside myself a normal timer/schedule. whats da best way to split up my time? i do, require 9-10hrs asleep, minimum. i feel sick if i get any less. and i get headaches when i wake up too early in AM....

with 2 tranqulizers and 2 sleeping pills still no more than 4 hours sleep. went to sleep at 11 and up at 3:45 everynight the same thing. Why o why. Is there anything more I can do?

There is a red spot on my eye I just noticed it today, the past few days though it has been painful and itchy almost like pinkeye...
Help it really hurts and my doctor can't see me for a few weeks... I am really nervous about it..
I googled red spots on my eye and it brought up a busted blood vessel and it also brought up cancer... could this be cancerous? I am really freaked out...

I can't sleep...and when I do its only for like 6 hours. i guess i have a lot going on. so last night i was rreeally tired and i fell asleep at 10(first time in a lloonngg time) and i got 8ish hours of sleep but when i woke up i was dead tired and didnt want to get up. but when i go to bed at like 12 or a bit later(give or take an hour) and i get 6ish hours of sleep i feel totally refreshed. why is this? i dont get it. it doesnt make sense to me...not very logical...at all.

I get a reasonable amount of sleep for a college student, 7-8 hours usually. Yet every morning when I wake up I never feel like I've had a good night's sleep. Obviously most people still feel sleepy as they get up, but I always feel extremely tired and have a headache, like I have a mild hangover (btw I rarely drink alcohol) or something. I thought this could be because my room is too stuffy and I try to keep it as well ventilated as possible and have the fan on in my direction; I also drink water before I go to bed because I thought i was dehydrated. but nothing works. Any ideas?

I have to work a completely different shift tomorrow than I am used to. I work evenings and am not a morning person. I have to work tomorrow from 7-3 and have to get up at 5 30 am which I haven't ever done. I normally go to bed at midnight and get up at 8. I can't change my body clock and although I will go to bed early, I won't sleep. Too much noise in my apartment complex and just too early for me to feel sleepy. The worst part is I have a high stress customer service job and will be the only one working in the entire store (except for 3 useless managers) for the first hours. I am going to be half asleep and on top of that I can't take a break or lunch for 7 hours because there is no one to cover my department and it can't be left alone. I will take a lunch if I get a chance 45 minutes before I get off for 30 minutes and clock back in for 15 minutes before getting off. Makes no sense but I can't take a break or lunch before that. What can I eat for breakfast (about 6 am)

I'm 16, believe it or not I DO NOT do drugs, I weigh 177 pounds. Any other requirements that you know of? Do you have to be 16 or 18 to give blood? I'm giving blood this Saturday, March 24 and April 23 (if I meet the other requirements). Are the dates too close together?

I ate a pasta dish earlier today that had broccoli in it. The broccoli tasted pretty weird at the time, and I've had indigestion ever since. I took some Mylanta, and drank some ginger ale, but nothing seems to be helping. Any ideas? I feel miserable.

Currently, an elder patient lives in CA and needs to be moved to TX in an assisted living or geriatric home. She needs better care than the current relative can provide 24 hours a day. Another problem is the unwillingness of the siblings to cooperate and do what's best for the relative. Other relatives in TX are willing to provide more care and attention if the eldest relative lived closer, ie, the need for the transfer of resident care.

My husband and I have decided to quit smoking. We have done good as today is our third day and havent had a single puff of a cigarette. It seems as though we have hit a weak spell as we are making excuses and wanting to break down and go get cigarettes. I feel we have made it too far to go back to smoking now. What can we do to ease our urges and occupy our minds? Also, when is this going to get easier, cuz for me the urge to smoke has progressively got worse.

my 5 yr old daughter has had this cough for about 2 months .she has been seen from drs and they have given her meds for it .it goes away while on this med then it comes back .about 2 days to a week after meds are done . i have put vapors mechine in her room and she still gets this dry hacking cough . she has been seen by drs and they keep giving her meds .and while she is on these meds the cough subsizes .
