I find that on days when I'm mad busy and I can't always squeeze in proper meals, I tend to pee a lot more. Very dilute, varying amounts. It's always been like this. It's not an illness or symptoms - and is not worrying me, I've just always wondered...anyone else find this?

I'm not sure, but I suspect that fluids are getting processed faster, without food getting in the way in your digestive system ;)

You probably drink more, too, without realizing it.

Probably your way or more markedly your bodies way of dealing with stress . As Long as you checked out that you dint have a serious illness I think what I suggest is a probable cuase . So many malfunctions of the body are stress .
Lots of things can make us want to Urinate Even Brushing our Teeth , I think in this instance the Acupressure point in the Gum is Being Stimulated

Sounds like a nervous reaction, do you drink lots of fluids instead of eatig ?
