Does Blue plus through the state cover gastric bypass surgery?

I have been trying to get this surgery for some time now I just don't know the right steps to take on getting it

This really depends on what methods you have tried in the past, how overweight you really are, and whether you have the support of your primary care physician to help in the request and follow through. You do have to have documented a past of your weight loss trials in several programs.
