I'm trying to abstain myself from the internet for awhile, but I need some ideas to do some stuff. I'm so bored here that I'm always on the net and its not very healthy now is it?

I know about the Sports Arena and the Mall...I only go to the mall now to go to EB or DQ, but thats about it. Give me some ideas.

About a month and a half ago I was having a pain in my mouth, I thought that maybe I had a wisdom tooth coming in. The pain was pretty bad for a week or so and then it just started to go away. About a week after that I thought I was coming down with strept throat (which I did not). Everyday now it is hard for me to swallow (even swallow air). I have not had a cold of anything and I have no temperature or anything else other a few sniffles due to the cold weather, any suggestions?????

The other day I wasn't feeling well, so I slept for practically 14 hours straight - way longer than normal. And I swear, when I woke up I looked like I hadn't shaved in 5 days, I practically had a full beard.

It was weird. It made me wonder if our hair grows a lot faster when we are sleeping than when we are awake. I slept about 3x longer than I normally do. I know sleep is important, but I wonder if our bodies recover and re-grow cells that much during sleep.

last week i noticed that my right arm on the backside just above the elbow had a swollen area about the size of a grape it was a bit purple and hurt very badly to touch. after a few days the swelling went away, but now there is a small hard lump there. the lump is about the size of a pea and very hard almost feels like bone. my elbow is really sore . it hurts to make a fist or flex my arm at all. i cant even lift a cup without a high level of pain.
does anyone know what may be the problem. i dont remember hitting my arm or elbow on anything it seems as if the lump just appeared one night and now i have this pain and small hard lump. please help

I have a doc apt. this afternoon, but I am just really curious now. I have had a red spot on my shin for a little over a week. It feels like a bad bruise, but it has never changed colors(its red). My leg around it is a little swollen and the skin is warm to touch. I am paranoid that it is a blood clot. Do blood clots feel like bruises?

I've lived here almost 8 years and now I notice the paint on my ceiling is peeling off showing the drywall and the paint is in strips. I'm planing on moving but was just wondering what lead poisoning is. I don't eat paint chips or lick my walls so can I still be in danger?

All those germs in your bed.....
My mom does not take them and she is a nurse. She gets all those germs on her and she just sleeps. I understand people take showers in the morning to wake up. But that is just gross to not take them at night>>>Right?

I have a cut on my right index finger that has closed up but for the past 2 months it has remained red and sore. I had it stitched at the hospital and a week ago my doc looked at me and told me that it was puffy because there is scar tissue. This is from 1 single friggen cut. it's like 2 cm long.
Anyway.. he says for me to give it one more month for healing but it's been 2 months and I am in pain when it get touched accidently. it's really red and its bothering me. Am I going to get sepsis? Should I go back to my doc and demand he do something? Should I get a 2nd opinion? I don't want my finger to become infected and fall off... bah. I hate being sick.

i've had the first hole since i was 8 or 9 with no problems. i got the second hole in my lobes a litle over 4 weeks ago.then last week the left one started giving me problems (red, itchy). i started treating it by sea salt soaking and it seemed fine. but i woke up this morning and it felt worse ,and it is swollen. now my left ear also feels irritated.
could my problem be the earrings? it's driving me nuts - i wanna take them out and let it close & get them redone, but i know if i let them close i can trap in infection.

I know it does not have to do with my sleeping habits because I get about seven to eight hours sleep a night. Also, I know it does not have to do with my age. I'm in my early twenties. But, what is causing this? And, what can I do to get rid of this vein below my eye? If anyone can help me with this problem, I would appreciate it.
