All those germs in your bed.....
My mom does not take them and she is a nurse. She gets all those germs on her and she just sleeps. I understand people take showers in the morning to wake up. But that is just gross to not take them at night>>>Right?

Ya thats gross. You sweat through the day. A nurse should know better.

I mean, if that's what works for you, then that's fine... but no, I don't think it's gross... often times teenagers are sweatier than adults, so they may feel the need to shower more frequently... but I know a lot of people who only shower every other day...

Personally, I prefer to shower in the morning because I sweat in my sleep, my hair looks better if I shower in the morning, and if I have a long day then I'm kinda gross by the end of the day if I showered the night before...

I spent a summer at a camp while I was a teenager and I sometimes went 4 days without showering... and I didn't get sick or anything... as long as you're washing your hands and brushing your teeth, you're fine.

I don't take a shower in the morning to wake up. I take a shower in the morning to wash off all the germs I picked up from my bed.

YOu actually shouldnt shower/bathe more than once a day..
Its not good for your immune system to stay overly clean all the time.
Also you need protective oils on your skin and hair, not to mention all the chemicals your body is absorbing by using cleansing products.
There are germs everywhere you go, and they are on you, whether or not you shower.

I personally shower at night only. It makes more sense after a long day of activity to go to bed reasonably clean.

I shower only in the morning, becasue I like to be fresh as I start my day. I also have oily hair, and if I don't shower when I wake up, it looks dirty when I go out. If I shower in the evening, it is only because I've been to the gym and I'm all sweaty or I've been to a bar, and smell like smoke. Otherwise, I never shower at night.

I a shower in the morning and at night even if i don't do anything all day. People think this is weird.

I'm with you. I don't want to get into my nice clean bed with body soil and god know what else on me.

Besides, I sleep better.

even with the germs in your bed, even with taking a shower... these "germs" might even like you more at night.. if u use soap and shampoo, or just one or the other, the fragrance would attract them to you. i wouldn't obsess over this, just regularly wash and change your sheets and pillowcases.. you will be fine.

This is your personal preference. You can't impose personal preferences on others or it becomes control.
Respect the fact that others have freedom of opinions & choices.
Be glad you live in a country where water is available for daily showers.
