'm waiting for my practice nurse to call me back, but think it'll be hours before I hear, i'm sure this is quicker.....
I had a op on my wrist last week. I still have the steri-strips on and have it covered with a 10 x11 mepore pad. I've just taken the pad off to change it and noticed the steri-strips are damp, with yellow fluid. Should I remove the strips? then what should I do??
Thanks

There are several articles and pages of information regarding polyphasic sleep schedules (the idea that you can maximize your awake hours by training your body to drop into REM sleep almost immediately, and end up taking 30-40 minute naps every few hours throughout the day..), and I think it's an interesting idea; I can easily make my daily schedule compatible with it, etc. But there are reports that it can be very detrimental, even dangerous to the body, and I just want to know: is this safe enough to try doing at the age of 15?

After a long busy day of work, I sat down to relax a bit and suddenly broke into a cold sweat and felt like I was going to faint. I stepped outdoors for some cool air but that didn't help so I laid down for only a few minutes and felt better almost immediatley. It was a scary few minutes and I wonder what would cause this.
