It's not cold in here. Is it something to do with asthma? My entire pallor's been off for about a week now.

Actually I've eaten and slept less, thank you. And I work now too. The workplace is not the best spot for an asthmatic with bad allergies though. That is probably it. Wishing there is a way to correct it without going to ER for better breathing treatment. Leaving is not the option yet.

Usually this is a sign that your body is not getting enough oxygen. I would see your doctor ASAP

Yeah, it probably does have something to do with your asthma. Lack of oxygen is what I think it is. Go to the doctor and they will more than likely use a pulse/ox meter to determine the amount of oxygen in your blood. It's a very simple thing that they do, they'll just clip the tip of your finger and you'll wear it for a few minutes. It doesn't hurt at all. They'll be able to determine if that is what is going on with you. Probably give you a breathing treatment and some other meds and send you home.

Poor Blood Circulation, Poor Food Choices, Not enough exercise.
Do you bite down on you lips, while asleep? Or during the day and are not aware of it? Are you around smokers, or do you smoke once in a while yourself. You must play detective and find out what's going on around you and in you. You should see your Primary Care Doctor and get a total check up---blood work and all. It will give you peace of mind!

My experience that cynosis of the lips is due to hypoxemia and an increase in arterial co2. Your asthma does have something to do with condition.

With symptoms like you have, and lasting for a week, I wouldn't waste anymore time, but get to a doctor.

You better get checked out and quick! If your circulation is that bad you might have congestive heart disease and you could die from a heart attack if it's not treated!
