How long somebody can positioned on touch lenses is greater approximately how lots OXYGEN is achieving the eyes. some people over positioned on touch lenses that can deprive the eyes of oxygen and could reason temperament eye injury. it quite is not for me to declare how long you are able to positioned on them on a daily basis, as long as your eyes get adequate oxygen it quite is all that counts. If the eyes lack oxygen, there won't be any indicators till the wear and tear is carried out. it quite is totally clever which you're giving the contacts a relax on the weekends. some people have greater of a tolerance to touch lenses then others.

No, not at all, provided you use them correctly.
Make sure you take them out each night, try to let your eyes have a few hours a day without them in, and use the correct solutions.
The type that you replace monthly or weekly are great.
Get a 'base line' exam from an opthamologist (esp one trained in contact lens use) before you start, and then each year or two after.

they are no better then glasses in that department! they don't ruin your eyes but they only slow down decreasing eye sight. Eye surgery is a all out better way... but who has the money for that?
