I toss and turn all night and lately I have been keeping my b/f up. Is there something over the counter that I can take .... although I have tried almost everything. I don't sleep well then when I wake up I don't have any energy.... I have a somewhat crazy work schedule. On Friday I work til midnight then I have to be back at work at 8am Sat. Then the next day, Sunday, I have to be back at work for 3pm and work til midnight. Once again on Monday I have to be at work for 3pm and work til midnight. Then I'm off for three days..... and the first day I am off alllllllll I want to do is sleep... I love my job and I am not going to quit and there is no way to change the schedule...... But I need to improve my sleeping habits and have some energy to move.......Help me

A guy I work with smokes Catnip. He said it's cheaper than Marijuana, Don't show up on a Drug test, and still gets him high. My question is can smoking catnip hurt him? I told him it's probably not good for him but he says it's no worse than Marijuana.

My dad has been a smoker since he was (I believe) 13. I am very afraid for his health. Every time I see a cigarette box, I throw it out. Whenever I see him smoking, I tell him to throw it away, but he doesn't listen. Please help me, he is a very good person with a good sense of humor. I don't want to see him die or suffer.

when you go for a checkup at the doctors,...if it's been a while sometimes they request blood work....they write this wierd crap i don't get ...like T1...lipids...stuff like that...anyone know what doctors look for?

Yes I did have anterior surgery, They went through my side all the way around, from my mid back all the way around to under my right breast? And took out some ribs to use as the fusion bone, I can send you proof. I have it in the docs own handwriting, I had 2 surgeries that day. Posterior and anterior spinal surgeries are used in extreme cases of scoliosis. I have been cut from top to bottom three times, and my ribs and shoulder cut almost all the way once.

Just wondered if anyone knew what a little bump on my scalp could be? It does not hurt but I am sure it has got a little bigger over the years (had it a few). Its under my hair and I heard it could be a hair growing inwards under my scalp. I dont like it could I get it removed? Would it be safe? Could it be anything else? Am sure its nothing cos no pain and not got huge quickly.

Ever since I woke up this morning it has hurt every time I swallow. It isn't in the back like a sore throat, it is deep down in the area where I swallow, like a muscle trying to cramp or something, like a band around the front of my neck/throat - anyone had this?

i have a bad habit of cracking almost every joint before i sleep and when i wake up. i crack my shoulders, elbows, wrist, knuckles, neck, back, hips *rarely*, knees, ankles, toes.
is there a direct harm?
i tried to stop, but its like an addiction.

Looking for info on why some people can not urinate when someone else is closeby or watching. Not talking about SBS (shy bladder syndrome). That's the one where you can only go to the bathroom at home. I'm talking about drug test urinating, public restrooms, etc... Some joke about it and call it "performance anxiety". Anyone know how to fix this?
