Douching is squirting liquid up your cooch to either make it seem cleaner or smell fresher or something.
Your body cleans itself naturally, so douching is not nescessary and can sometimes prevent the vag from developing its own fighting bacteria, which is not a good thing.

A douche is a cleansing of the vagina. You can get disposable douches at the supermarkets. It has a long flexible plastic rod that you insert into your vagina; then, you squeeze the bottle of liquid slowly until it is gone. Douches are commonly used after sex and after a woman's menstrual cycle for cleanliness and freshness.
Be sure to stand in the bathtub while doing this. It will get messy otherwise.

In the US English sense, it is similar to an enema, however the term is used colloquially to apply to the use in the vagina for women. ...

Douche is a liquid some women use to "clean" their genitals and vagina. Most women buy a disposable douche from a store. Others make their own douche with vinegar and water.
Most women douche to feel clean or because they believe it will keep them from getting pregnant.
