Douching is squirting liquid up your cooch to either make it seem cleaner or smell fresher or something.
Your body cleans itself naturally, so douching is not nescessary and can sometimes prevent the vag from developing its own fighting bacteria, which is not a good thing.

Firstly if you are taught to clean yourself properly you would not have to douche.
