Yes I did have anterior surgery, They went through my side all the way around, from my mid back all the way around to under my right breast? And took out some ribs to use as the fusion bone, I can send you proof. I have it in the docs own handwriting, I had 2 surgeries that day. Posterior and anterior spinal surgeries are used in extreme cases of scoliosis. I have been cut from top to bottom three times, and my ribs and shoulder cut almost all the way once.

oh my godh that is terrible sounds like it hurts i have scoliosis and you make me very greatfull that mine is a light case! how long have you had scoliosis? i had to have physical therapy and i had to do this silly excersises but i have quit the excersises. i found out i had it when i was 12 and i am 23 now. i beleive i was 16 or 17 when i stopped doing my excersises! should i still do the excersies? good luck!

I wonder if you are in pain, yikes I had a small curve but it is almost all healed, I did lots of Therapy and exercise!
