Toothpaste, not the gel kind. Dap the zit and leave it on when you're at home. It dries the zit up in a day or 2. One time when I was visiting my sister in Hong Kong, I walked around her apartment with blue daps on my face. She asked, "What's that?" "I'm drying up my pimples," and she replied, "Gels don't work." I said, "I know but I didn't pack any from NY." So funny that she knew about toothpaste too.

If possible wait until after a bath or a shower so that the skin is clean and softened. With clean hands gently squeeze the pimple until the puss (nice!) has come out. Gently rub on some diluted tea tree oil (you can buy ready diluted oil in most pharmacies)...
And remember the cause may be stress, hormones and what you eat... probably a combination - be good to yourself in these ways through relaxation and healthy eating and you hopefully wont have too many to attend to!
Happy Skin! Hope that Helps :-)

Get a washcloth, put it in hot water & wipe it on your face. Then pop your zit, pimple,or blackhead (yuck) anyways after your done, put the washcloth in cold water,& wipe your face. (this will open your pores & seal them closed being clean.) Good Luck.
(using face wipes from your pharmacy can help too. (clean & clear, biore',etc.)

you could always borrow your mother's makeup for the time being, BUT!
i've always used a tinted liquid comprised of 2% salicylic acid.
or something with benzoyl peroxide.
get off brands. they're the same as name brands except cheaper and uglier containers.
Equate is nice. check WalMart.
