I am researching drug & alcohol (substance abuse) treatment, counseling, & rehabilitation facilities in the USA only for submitting a voluntary research/study questionaire to be accomplished by email only! I will need to know name & location & email address for each site. So far I can't locate these source(s) on the web as I am only turning up website addresses & they don't show their email addresses.

For a long long time now, almost a year, every time my heal bends in a step, the bones crack and its loud and annoying not only to me, but to my doorm cause its so loud. It doesnt hurt, I don't feel it, it just sounds like bones cracking (like a knuckle crack only repetitively.) What is this, and does anyone know how to go about stopping the noise? (I know lots of people have this)

If you have a blood clot on the top of your foot would you be able to see it? If so, what does it look like? What are they symptons? How would you know if you have a blood clot?

What I mean by blurryness is if you have ever looked at the sun or a shiney object for a few seconds and looks away you can see the blurryness for a while after looking at that objct.

Every since i was sick with a really bad viral infection a month ago i have had this cough that is deep in my chest and sometimes when i start to cough it gets out of my control i feel like im choking and then suddenly its like i feel like im dry heaving its painful too. What the heck is it?? The dr. told me everyone gets a bad cough there is nothing to worry about, who gave him his degree?

My left leg is just aching. It's sore in some spots too and my foot feels like its going numb. It's not bruised, just really sore. My legs usually ache after I drink which I did last night. Why do they do that? Today, it's really bad and only in one leg. Could I have blood clots?

I've been tired and need to go to bed at a more reasonable time, but just don't like losing my free time. I feel like once I go to bed, I'm missing out on doing something I won't be able to do while I'm at work the next day. My lack of sleep has been affecting my work and I'm tired all of the time, but I love my free time. How can I make myself go to bed? Any psychological tricks?
