I've been tired and need to go to bed at a more reasonable time, but just don't like losing my free time. I feel like once I go to bed, I'm missing out on doing something I won't be able to do while I'm at work the next day. My lack of sleep has been affecting my work and I'm tired all of the time, but I love my free time. How can I make myself go to bed? Any psychological tricks?

I have tried running 10 miles training for a marathon. But I can't do that every day. I'm in great shape and know how to tire myself out, but have such a mental struggle when its time for me to give up another 6 hours of my life.

No tricks really, I've done the same thing and eventually you will just sleep like a whole saturday away. It really does catch up to you.
