Does anyone know how to get rid of headaches easily without using medication

Honestly, i am a big headache sufferer. 99% of the time i get them is because i haven't drank all day. Enough water will most of the time prevent major headaches. Once you get them though, i recommend Excedrin.

Without medication - the only ways I can think of - drink lots of water, maybe a cup of coffee (or soda - the caffeine), and taking a nap.

You could be dehyrated. Drink water.
Caffiene is a drug, but works on constricitng blood vessels and can help with headaches (or trigger them too for some)
Rest, get adequate sleep.
Eat something. Get your gluscose levels up.
Sex, as mentioned does help with headaches.

Ice packs on forehead or back of neck. Water lots of it as dehydration is one cause of headaches

headeche their is so many type ,but to be short in my answer try one of two.lie on your back and get your leges up or lie with 45 degree i mean your head in level more than your leges but not so much and take deep inspiration keep it for some seconds then expire eair in mouth do that 3 times you will be ok .

defiantly more water during the day.
cut your sugar, lower your stress, don't drink too much coffee
Chiropractors are known to solve headache problems as well

Sit down, put one hand on top of your head, take the second hand and push down firmly on the first hand. Hold for 10 to 20 seconds. Relax both hands. Voila......
