U may have disease but u may not feel bad
If all other tests are NORMAL then u need not worry

It can mean anything from a simple urinary tract infection to a kidney infection, Although you don't feel bad, its important to drink lots of fluids so that it doesn't become more serious.

It is probably something as simple as an Urinary Tract Infection, though it could be more. If your doctor didn't tell you anything, you should ask him. I can't believe he didn't tell you what it was. That is not what doctors normally do. Mine always tells me what is wrong. Call him and find out. It will put your mind at ease.
