He thinks his nose is broken. The patient hit two other nurses today. He is mentally OK, but medically unstable. Do you think the doc is wrong to keep him in the hospital in restraints receiving treatment, if the patient says he wants to go home?

My legs ache up to my thighs. My little toe on my left foot seems to ache the most and I noticed that it turns purple and the vein swells. I have slim feet, both my little toes go slightly behind my next toes. My job is mostly reception duties and I choose to stand rather then sit but when its not busy I sit. I don't normally have this problem at work but have noticed at night that I have a tingling sensation in my feet, mainly my toes. The aching problem occurs mainly at weekends when I go shopping. I usually do at least a 30minute walk daily but recently haven't done this much. This problem has only started in the last couple of months. I wear leather shoes with a slight heel. I am 163cms tall and 62.5kg in weight. Can you please help me???

(forgive my spelling :/) this past week ive had the "stomach flu" even though i havent gone the the bathroom maybe three times in a week and not diareah..(which is kind of normal because i have severe constipation)..it doesnt seem like the stomach flu, it seems more like symptoms i have every day but twice as bad..i keep having a cramping feeling in my lower abdomin and lower back but sometimes even all over (mostly left side but not always), and sometimes a stabbing pain..i used to get this really bad when im on my period (ive had ultra sounds for my ovaries and nothing came up) and now it seems to be even when im not. the pain can get so bad at times that i cant stand up..ive had severe constipation practicly my whole life (im 14 girl) and its getting worse, where i maybe dont even go for a week or so..i keep getting nautious if i dont eat, but the more i eat the worse the pain gets after a day or so..any ideas to what's causing is?? im tired of hurting so much..

The last time I masturbated I used a clean and non-sharp permenant marker (not the end with the top) like I usually do... (for insertive)...

it was yesterday at noon, and now it's been more than 24 hours and i just woke up from a nap and there is an EXCRUCIATING pain down there. Not like any menstrual/premenstrual cramp i've ever had. I can't even move or stand up it's so bad. It's like targeted in one part of the vagina sort of on the left side. What's wrong with me?

This morning, I woke up and I just kind of rolled over, and you know that feeling, when you don't crack your neck, but you move it fast, and it just hurts really bad, and kind of stings? (Sorry, I'm terrible at describing:) ) Well, that happened, only it only "cracked" half way, and the right side of my neck kills everytime i turn or lean my head to the right. How can I get rid of it?

I'm not an expert or anything (hell, I'm only 16) but I think this is my blood pressure. Some days I will get dizzy and lightheaded (like from low blood pressure) and I know it's not a big deal. But then some days I have extreme headaches like the ones caused by high blood pressure. These days can be back to back, but recently I've been experiencing both in the same day!

Like today I woke up and as I'm cooking breakfast I needed to stop and lay down because of a sudden drop in blood pressure (dizzy, nauseous, lightheaded, passes in a few mins if I lay down). and then a few hours later as I'm sitting doing my homework it feels like pressure builds in my head and I get this killer headache (but not a migraine, because I can look at light and am not sound sensitive) and my heart pounds and it can take a while to pass.

It is bad to have both extremes back to back in the same day? What would cause this? Just curious, but thanks for info!

So I woke up one day (yesterday morning) and got up, to find that for no reason whatsoever my back thigh muscles on both my legs, and nowhere else on my legs were aching as though I had been doing extreme exercise, which I wasn't. I hadn't been doing anything very strenuous before I went to bed but it feels like they have been punched and bruised almost, though there is no bruising. The pain is not consistent and is only present if I grab, push, or sit on them, or stretch them. It is a dull, achy pain. I also have the same kind of pain also like a bruise (but there is no bruise) on the right side of my hips, and I found that it is a place on my hip which I usually sleep on and now it is painful to sleep on it. Any ideas as to what this is and how I can get rid of it? It's been going on now for 2 days without any real improvement and I'd like to ask here before going to a doctor because doctors really scare me. Thanks.

Since I don't really have room in my dorm for any of my regular exercises, I've started jump-roping in my hall to get my exercise. I just started doing this about a week ago, and on Thursday I kind of spaced out and got carried away jump-roping, and jumped for like an hour and a half without realizing it. The next day, I woke up and my calf muscles were insanely tense! Whichever tendon it is that lets your muscle stretch out and back, so you can walk--your hamstring, maybe?--doesn't stretch AT ALL, which makes it a little tricky to walk anywhere. I've been waiting for the muscles to relax back out, but it's Saturday now and they still haven't. Any suggestions? It hurts like crazy!

I am not hurt or anything. But if I bend my knee it really hurts to straighten it out. I have to do it really slow.
I haven't done any strenous activities.
Also it hurt to walk , especially up and down stairs.
Any ideas, why this might be happening, or what it is??

She has a strong odour from her vagina no matter how often she washes or baths, could this all be caused from to much yeast?? Is it even connected with the colds and coughs?
Im concerned with the amount of cough medicine she takes when this is happening. I was told by the dr. no to worry but im afraid there may be more to this...

Is it true that your back can't REALLY hurt more when you're sitting down? This is what an ER doctor told me last night. I went in complaining of horrible lower back pain. I'm a directory assistance operator and I sit down for long periods of time at work, which makes it worse.. He basically told me that it was all in my head, and that when you're sitting down your muscles are relaxed so theres no way it could hurt. I think hes full of **** myself, because I know for a FACT it hurts worse, but whatever. I wanted to get someone elses opinion :) This doctor was AFTER I had been to another ER, where the doctor there told me to suck it up, and that everyone has back pain and that he didn't miss work over it and didn't think I should either. He said he didn't believe it was as bad as I say it is. Sure, no big deal. This "minor back pain" as he referred to it as is interfering with my life, I can barley even move at times! Both doctors made their decisions without any x-rays or anything!

I am still having the head pain. And it feels better when its resting on a pillow. So what I'm trying to decide is weather or not if I should go to my college football game or not. Its the NCAA Div III 4th Round Football Playoffs. I really wanted to go. but with the head pain I just don't know. On top of my head pain its also going to be 7 degrees outside. And I do need to go to a play later tonight for one of my classes. So should I go to the football game?
