This morning, I woke up and I just kind of rolled over, and you know that feeling, when you don't crack your neck, but you move it fast, and it just hurts really bad, and kind of stings? (Sorry, I'm terrible at describing:) ) Well, that happened, only it only "cracked" half way, and the right side of my neck kills everytime i turn or lean my head to the right. How can I get rid of it?

Oh! I know the feeling, it's liek your neck gets wicked numb, along with your ear and stuff, if that makes sense.

You just pulled a muscle more than likely and it will subside in a day or two.

You probably worked to hard or over exerted yourself a bit. GO get a massage and a hot cloth.

If you use a hot pad you might be able to loosen it up. You might also take aspirin to loosen the muscles.

yea.. that usualy happens to me when i sleep with my head in a weird possition. trust me it will be gone by tomorrow!

your just going to have to wait for your body to heal itself!

aleve and lots of rest with aheating pad

if you need a doctor then you should go
if not try heating pads and taking it easy
