I have been stressed out lately and i wanted to know what you people do for stress.. so yea!

Only if I have time I will find a way to lose stress. I will go for a walk and cycle outside if the weather is good or maybe go for a movie in theater. Dog can help us to lose stress. Having fun with it could make you happier. And listening to music you like. I been heard that meditate is the best way to lose stress but I don't know how as I can't calm myself down. Some people will do things they like to do to lose stress. For instance, teen would choose to play computer games or watching tv.

People face the stress differently and some stress reliefs won't work effectively as others. Take a nice long walk and enjoy the trees turning color, don't think about what is stressing you. Then take a nice warm bath with lavender oil in it, that is relaxing. Don't watch TV or use the computer, read a good book that is not a thriller, something that will be calming. Take deep, slow breaths often, this is also a good quick way to relax.

This ones easy - bath salts - what beter way to relax than to take a nice lon relaxing bath. You can goto the store and get some as they are everywhere. Or, buy online with The San Francisco Bath Salt Company - They have a Huuuge selection and are now upto 30% off for the holidays...

Get some bath salts and essential oils and just soak in the tub. This will make the body de-stress and makes you feel relaxed. Doing this will also make you sleep easier if you have sleeping problems.

I visit my grandma and help her. It kind of takes away your own pain for the afternoon. Gardening is also good or borrowing a neighbours dog and taking it for a walk. I used to take my motorcycle out and go for a long ride, which was also great.

If you have a Walmart or other large discount type store, get BATHERAPY, the big plastic bottle with green powder in it. It has lithium in it too. It says something like, "Bathe away your aches and pains and sleep more soundly tonight."

Try yoga classes, take a hot shower or bath, drink herbal tea, just make some time to do something nice for yourself!

ice cream is an awesome stress buster, chocolate is scientifically proven to promote a happy mood and music is one of the most therapeutic things ever...so cheers!
