Give the child whatever assistance he/she needed and you a dictionary. This is a worrying question since one wonders your motive in asking. Surely if something has happened to a child you should be getting him/her any necessary help?

um seriously hurt like bleeding bad????
grab him some bandages make him a splint and call 911
just a bruise or emotionally hurt???
hug him and comfort him if he lets you, rub his back or stroke his neck
