My legs ache up to my thighs. My little toe on my left foot seems to ache the most and I noticed that it turns purple and the vein swells. I have slim feet, both my little toes go slightly behind my next toes. My job is mostly reception duties and I choose to stand rather then sit but when its not busy I sit. I don't normally have this problem at work but have noticed at night that I have a tingling sensation in my feet, mainly my toes. The aching problem occurs mainly at weekends when I go shopping. I usually do at least a 30minute walk daily but recently haven't done this much. This problem has only started in the last couple of months. I wear leather shoes with a slight heel. I am 163cms tall and 62.5kg in weight. Can you please help me???

You do not state if you have high cholesterol let alone what age you are? Both will influence Peripheral arterial disease (PAD).

Its possible your shoes arnt giving you the right support. I'd try a more supporting shoe if that dosnt help you should go to the Dr. to see exactly whats going on.
