I am not hurt or anything. But if I bend my knee it really hurts to straighten it out. I have to do it really slow.
I haven't done any strenous activities.
Also it hurt to walk , especially up and down stairs.
Any ideas, why this might be happening, or what it is??

You probably have tendinitis. You don't have to be injured to get this. When I had it, my orthopedic told me that is common in females. Females hips are wider set, and it puts a lot of tension on the muscles in their upper legs and knees because they are being pulled at an angle if the muscles in your legs aren't sufficiently built up. You'll probably have to go to doctor, which might lead to physical therapy to make the pain go away and also build your leg muscles to relieve the strain (reduce the angle the muscles are pulled at).

Good luck, and take it slow recovering. If you try to improve your condition too quickly, you are likely to damage another muscle group!

It might be due to the extra weight of the baby?
