my friend suffers badly with cramps.i stayed at hers other night.she was up all night with cramp and i tried to help her rub it away as it was even in places she cudnt stretch.as one bit of cramp went,then another appeared.she was in that much pain she was crying.it only seems to happen at night but shes getting no sleep and the up for work.any answers or advice please.she also suffers with polysystic kidneys.at the moment shes ok but the dr at hospital says shel need dialysis in the next 16mnths.could it be related?shes on blood pressure tablets.could that be related?shes been on quinnine off dr but that didnt help.i dont go out drinking often as i have a 11yr old but when i do,without fail,becos ive had alcohol,i get cramp when i go to sleep and as much as i like to go out,i dont look forward to that,so i can only imagine how my friend feels.

I think I first felt this during my college days when I use to carry heavy books on my left arm, but recently I observed that when singing, and trying to hit the high notes, like when attending a mass, I feel a radiating tingling pain on my left elbow. It just really bothers me.

ok so right under my knee it hurts like hell this happened when i was playing volleyball but only ******* where knee pads so anyway i delt with the pain for about 3 months but then yesterday i fell on that spot again and it feels like my f$#%ing leg is broken it hurts really bad and its not my knee its right under it and i have no signs of a bruise

I had 4 operations, and I was taking hydrocodone as needed from my old family doctor with no side effects. I moved to another state and nobody wants to prescribe it for me because they're afraid of being investigated (if they had this pain they'd prescribe it for themselves in 5 secs). There are pharmacies online that work with online physicians who review your medical records and issue a prescription AND medication. I did this (from WA) for a total cost of $300. Anyone know of a site that might be cheaper but offers same service? I don't have an addictive personality. I bet somebody I could stop using sugar for 2 years, and I won. 15 years ago I bet somebody I could quite smoking in 5 minutes and I won that bet too. I tried Ultram but it doesn't work as well. Lyrica & cymbalta made me sick. (I'm talking carpal tunnel surgery, ulnar nerve surgery, forearm tumor removal surgery, and hernia surgery all in one day kind of pain.) P.S. before this I never was sick in my life.

I smoked weed for 2 weeks straight, before then, I had never smoked before.

Now I'm getting all paranoid since I'm looking for a job that I will fail the drug test.

I'm wondering how long it would stay in my system & what I could do to flush it out faster?

I read that driking water, vinegar, cranberry juice etc. would clear my system out, is there any truth to that?

I have searched several sources but none seem to tell me what a link nurse is. Link nurses are utilized in countries like Japan or countries in Europe. I don't think there are any in the United States.

I sprained my ankle 4 months ago and it was a very serious sprain, one tt kept me out from walkin for quite a few weeks. However, though I've seen the doctor and he says its ok and the injured area is no longer swollen, i can't seem to be able use that ankle properly as it hurts whenever i try to rotate it. When i press the lateral part of the ankle, its very painful. What should i do? Help!

I'm feeling pain in the upper left part of my abdomen only. What could be the causes of this?
It doesn't really bother me though, i only feel it when i move(turn around), or sneeze.

More than a month or two. At first they were huge. Taking up alot of my neck though not noticeable unless you touch them. They used to hurt but the pain has gone away something. I told my mom and she said it might just be swollen throat. But I feel fine. What do you think it is?

Well to start it out i got my ear pierced like a week ago at Claires I've been using the cleaner everyday 3 times a day and just recently my ear became red and swollen now i cant sleep on my left side. I tried taking out the earring to clean it but the back of the earring wont come off whys that? and everytime i twist the earring in a 360 it hurts a little now im getting worried :o

i burnt my self this morning my walking in2 a fire ring on accident. i burnt my leg. its really red and there r blisters. in the middle its a brownish colour. it hurts SO bad, i tried ice, but it didnt work!!!

I have been discharged from hospital with a plastercast and sling to support my Colles fracture. The hospital have advised me to wear the sling regularly whereas my GP tells me to wear the sling as little as possible. . . Im confused ! . . . . . . . . . . Who is correct and why?

yesterday i fell in my yard off my trampoliene (its only for one person and about 1ft off the ground..like and excersise one) and my wrist was hurting but now its fine. i woke up the morning and have a really bad pain on the sides of my ribs ( left side and right side) it hurts to laugh, breathe, or if you touch it they become sore. there is no bruising though. whats up with it?
**** also hurts with any movement of my body *arms particuarlly

i dont think its broken cuz when i feel it it doesnt feel seperated but then again i dont know what there supposed to feel like im only 13.


i took aleve a half hr ago it still hurts. i can still move every part of my body it just hurts really bad to move my torso.


when i fell it wasnot onto my chest it was on my hands and knees ( reflex so i wouldnt hurt myself. would that still cause a break/fracture/bruise?)

its only the sides of my ribs my chest seems fine
