my knee hurts to do anythin. i workeed 6 days in a row, there was a lot of frieght. i spent a lot of time in the pen aisle puttin pens away. by friday i was so exhausted. about half way through saturday my knee hurtz a lot, i limp. any suggestions?

yeah what murdok said but it might be a groth spurt which means u will get taller cuz last year i was 5'7 as a 7th grader with knee pain as bad as hell and then entering 8th grade i was 6'3 just and pain in ur joints means u might get taller so just try using a strap thats what i did

It could be hurting from overuse. Trying to rest a lot the next few days should help some of the pain but I would definitely recommend getting in to see your dr to have this situation further evaluated to see what they think is going on.

Give your knee time to rest and heal. Use this and the pain will be gone:
Rest (Don't walk for at least a day)
Ice (Three times a day for 30 minutes)
Compression (As long as possible with pillows, etc.)
Elevation (Elevate above waist level)

Wow, you may have plenty of irritated solutions do not you??? lol, good I do accept as true with them. A health practitioner seek advice from could be ultimate. I'm no health practitioner, however I can inform you what I feel. Its traditionally a strain damage from opening to run plenty. I'd say take it handy and seek advice from a health practitioner. =] Sorry approximately all the jerks answering your query.
