they feel like someone dug a high heel shoe in the bottom of them real hard! How can i make my tootsies feel better?

Invest in a $30 pair of (ugly I know) Crocs.
I'm on my feet all day on cement and I LOVE them.

Over the past 10 years, I have run into two foot problems. One was plantar fascitis - feels like walking on hot coals. We're working on the other. Every few months, I get periodic "shocks" across the bottom of my feet - like being touched with a hot wire. So far, I have had to have a "metatarsal bar" put on the bottom of my shoes. As of this writing, pain is gone but we won't know for a few more months if it has run its course, or if it was the metatarsal bar.
Bottom line - this may not go away on its own. Please check it out with your doctor.

I would get minty oil or lotions.It soothes and feel heavenly. I think it'll help your feet and the aroma will relax you muscles. Try to wear shoes that are comfy but no flip flops. Also I would soak your feet every night in warm/hot water. It'll help with the pain in your foot (muscle) and then switch to cold water for the swelling. At walmart you can get a pair of support socks. They are thick and go up almost to the knee. A lot of nurses wear them so their feet don't hurt/swell.

Go and pamper yourself with a professional pedicure, they massage your feet and all! I know you will feel better after it

GO TO A SALON AND GET THEM TO RUB THE PLACE WHERE IT IS THE MOST SORE.....OR BUY A HOME SALON
