I think I first felt this during my college days when I use to carry heavy books on my left arm, but recently I observed that when singing, and trying to hit the high notes, like when attending a mass, I feel a radiating tingling pain on my left elbow. It just really bothers me.

deep breathing, while singing, places increased pressure in and around the rib cage and neck.

I would see a chiropractor. Seems like you could be pinching, stretching, or pulling on a cervical nerve.

Let check if it is caused from Ulnar nerve entrapment; but I guess, in this case cou woukd not describe the pain as sharp and it should be primarily at the hand's outer edge, not the wrist and only secundarly the ellbow. (But the squeezed nerve ist near the ellbow.)

As the first answerer suggested, it could be due to a pinched nerve in your neck.
