I have the same problem..only I sleep til 4! Of course, I stay up until 6, too. As long as you are getting your 10, 8, or however many hours you need, it's not un healthy. Nature doesn't know what time the clock says.

Sleep can't affect you health in a bad way. If you are underneath age of 22, you need sleep to grow. It can't be unheealty, but it can be messy. Try getting up at around 9 am for a week. Your day will probably be boring at first, but then more filled with events. However, humans basically need 8 hours of sleep. Keep that in mind.

Melissa; What time do you go to bed?
I love to sleep and I sleep late too--however I stay up all night long. I feel like my life is passing me by --I **** my family off for sleeping until 2. I need to get my days and nights straightened up--but I'm just so damn nocturnal lol
I wouldn't think it would be unhealthy, it just makes you miserable because you miss half the day.

it is unfavourable, if no longer INSANE. Sorry for that. quite you would be able to desire to constantly sleep at around 9 o'clock and awaken at 8. it is healthful. you have 6 hours of sleep and visit sleep too actual. for the duration of weekends sleep at your common time yet conceal your eyes previously snoozing. save snoozing until eventually it is 8 o'clock (set an alarm clock). save utilising this habitual. If the weekends are too complicated, thank goodness for the trip journeys arising in a week or so.

well it's not very healthy to go to bed really late and wake up really late like I do when I'm not working.

It's better to go to sleep at dusk and wake up at dawn but honestly who does that anymore. That's old fashioned
