Well to start it out i got my ear pierced like a week ago at Claires I've been using the cleaner everyday 3 times a day and just recently my ear became red and swollen now i cant sleep on my left side. I tried taking out the earring to clean it but the back of the earring wont come off whys that? and everytime i twist the earring in a 360 it hurts a little now im getting worried :o

This needs to be evaluated by your doctor because it sounds like an infection might be going on.

i had the same problem when i was younger. i think mine was infected i had to yank them out. but you could be allergic to the kind of metal the earring is made out of. i would take it out for a day or so and see how things go. try to find an earring not made of metal or somethin and see if its still irritated.
