I have had Plantar Fasciatis in one foot for a few years now. I can only wear sneakers or a good support shoe. My doctor told me if I don't do the stretching exercises he recommened, my foot will never get better. He told me to buy Spenco orthodic supports for my shoes. Does wearing these type of shoe supports really help relieve the heel pain?

It seems everytime I get off of the tredmill both of my legs hurt really bad. It feels like spasms or something running through every part of my leg. I run about 15 minutes on the tred, and i don't stretch before or after I finish my workout. Could that be part of the problem? Thanks for all of your help.

i had some kind of scab on my ear not in my ear like on that flap or lobe and i picked it and it started to bleed. i cant stop doing it and i stared to stop it only bleeds when i pick it and now it looks sort of gross. is that bad?

i woke up this morning and i felt something in my eye. i thought something got in it, but i kept rubbing my eye and it wouldn't come out. so i looked on the inside of my eyelid and i noticed a bump there. it looks like a sty. so is it possible to have one on the INSIDE of your eye?? if so, will it just go away on its own, or should i be concerned??

if I walk without holding on to something, there is a chance that I will fall down. My legs and ankles are strong but just give out on me out of the blue. I am 29 years old with no health issues. Any suggestions?

No matter what, when I'm seated, my right shoulder and the whole right side of my back hurt unbelievably bad. It's like a hot, searing pain. Am I sitting wrong? Do I need a custom chair? My problem is that I can't carry a custom chair around with me everywhere. Is it my posture? I sit up pretty straight for the most part. Any suggestions would be great.

what are some things that can cause upper back pain its like right between the shoulder blades- i do not have any heart problems as i know sometimes this cancaus epain in the back.

the pain is more of a twinging type pain if that makes sense-it feels like contractions! it usually is in the morning and afternoon and eases some at night? any ideas at all ? or anyone have this before what was it?

I have an interview (project) that is due pretty soon, for a class I'm taking. (It's Psyc103) I have to interview someone over 40, with at least a Master's degree. My goal here is to come up with 30 or more interesting questions to ask this person about career and self. The person I'm interviewing is my aunt-in-law. She's a nurse practioner. Just so ya know. I have about 16 questions and now I'm sitting here, dazed at the page. Any ideas please share-I'm stuck and wanna make it good or at least funny. Thanks in advance.

I was in a car accident (12/26/06 at no fault of mine) and was found to be injured two and a half weeks later. I have whiplash (X-rays show that, and neuro says strecthed neck muscles, muscle spasms, and inflamed occipital nerve casusing headaches, due to accident) and have been dealing with 7 weeks on constant headaches, neck/back pain, and nerve pain. Multiple pain meds and doctor's visits have failed. CT scan fine. I am seeing a chiropractor and neurologist. I start with physical therapy next week so I hope that works. I will be looking into a lawyer soon. I already notified my medical insurance to warn about lots of medical expenses & they had me contact their subrogation dept. Where they go after the third party insurance company for the money. Am I still entitled to see a lawyer? Is anyone familiar with this process? The pain has been horrible and has turned my life upside down. I am not looking to be rich by any means, but this isn't a quick fix and I could suffer for awhile.

I used to run 10 miles a day 5-6 days a week for about ten years. I moved and got a job and dont run anymore(for about 7 years I havent been running)now my feet hurt all the time especially after work and on my days off I can barely walk. Can this be from all the running I used to do or something else. What can I do about this. The area that hurts is in my feet especially in the heel area.

I have had two cervical fusion surgeries and am now experiencing neck pain above the surgeries. I need to know what I can do to stop this pain or at least make it bearable. It is affecting my daily life, making my hands go numb, blurring my vision, and giving me headaches on par with migraines. I might be up for disc replacement surgery but I don't know if my insurance will pay for it or not.

I don't know what it is, because it doesn't happen very often. I would think that the water is too hot and because the space is small, maybe that was why. Im perscribed Percocet by my doctor for pain back home,but right now im living in mexico and have been trying to see if I can purchase it here but cant seem to find its spanish name.The pharmacies out here dont seem to know what drug Im talking about.(they dont recognize the name Percocet.)Anybody know its spanish name?

This may sound stupid but I really don't care, I want to know the answer so I don't end up hurting myself. I have a really bad cold and no insurance so I can't go to the doctor. I have been taking Tylenol cold nighttime medicine to help me sleep but I just read on the side that u souldn't be taking it if u are currenly taking a MAOI (which is for depression), and I've been taking medicine for depression for several months now. What could happen to me? I've been taking the medicine for about 5 days and I just found that warning on the bottle. Nothing has happened yet and I don't want to stop taking it cuz it helps me sleep at night with this awful cold. What could it be doing to me on the inside???

So, I want to stay out another two weeks. I'm still in pain and know have knee pain-could have been from limping but it could be more...Should I have my dr. right me out for an addition 2 wks or let the orthopedic surgeon?
