if I walk without holding on to something, there is a chance that I will fall down. My legs and ankles are strong but just give out on me out of the blue. I am 29 years old with no health issues. Any suggestions?

It could be nothing but being tired, or it could be signs of a condition like multiple sclerosis or another neuro muscular disease.

I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor to be checked out. I don't mean to scare you but what you're experiencing isn't normal and could be something serious. Good luck!

It could be a pinched nerve in ur back. The nerves lead from the spinal cord to the rest of the body. Go to a DR.

This appears to be a sudden drop or rise in blood pressure. Don't wait, see your doctor right away.
