I was wondering if Allergies to dust mites, stress, taking too many vitamins, or sleeping in a really hot house with no air conditioner can give you bags under your eyes when you wake up that drain water out of them for the next few hours? Any one have any of the same problems? My bags just started recently and I'm trying to pin point the cause. I get plenty of sleep but somedays are worse than others.

Its been 10 days since my stomach hurts! It started with a migraine followed by a nausea feeling. Then the stomach pain begun... It feels like I need to use the restroom and that my stomach hurts so bad. The pain comes and goes. Tried Pepto Bismol, Tylenol and other medicines but doesn't work. Its been 10 days and Im not sure if thats normal. I visited the doctor and she said that everything seems normal. I tried the not eating method, hoping that it will stop me from going to bathroom, but it failed. Tried eating a lot of foods, hoping to clean up the stomach, it also failed! Help!

Do you end up spending too many hours in front of your television every day/weekend?.Recently published a scientific study with evidence that people who watch more television are likely to be less active. Apparently, every hour of television watched daily means you are 47 per cent more likely to miss out on normal exercise!

I used to get a stiff neck on days that I slept wrong or had my pillow too high or too low. Usually it would go away during the day. But over the last few weeks, my neck has been really stiff. I can move it to side to side (causing it to crack, which it never used to do) but it feels really weird to move my head backwards. It feels like there is a huge bubble of air in there that is preventing me from moving it all the way back -- it feels like it needs to be cracked! But nothing works. I think part of it has to do with work; I've spent the whole summer in front of a computer.

I went to a masseuse and she helped relieve some pressure, but the "air bubble" feeling is still there, way deep in my neck.

I am going to book my very first appointment with a chiropractor this week. I guess my question is, will it help? Has anyone had similar kind of tension? Is there anything I can do at home to relieve it? And how about acupuncture? I'm willing to try it if it works.

Thanks!

As I said above, elderly relative had knee replacement surgery and did really well. Just recently she was in the pool at the beach and it was particularly rough and she hurt the knee. The doctor said the knee is fine but she has soft tissue damage and nerve damage. He has not given her any idea how long it will take to get better or if it will get better. Not even a suggestion about what to do. She is very discouraged and now her movement is worse than before the surgery.

The ENT doctors said my 5 years old daughter has enlarge tonsils and adenoid. They suggest that her tonsils should be remove.
But from what I read everywhere from the internet, nowdays tonsils are known good to prevent bacteria from entering the mouth, enlarge tonsils should shrink by itself by the age of 12.

Now, I am confuse whether to listen to my doctors or decide according to the little knowledges I have. I`m worried about the operation at her young age. Somebody please advice.

My daughter has not much problems, only that she could not pronounces Nasal Letters like M/N properly and she likes to breath by her mouth when sleeping but not once that she sleeps snoring.

Are the doctors in my country using the old techniques?

Can enlarge tonsils cause any worse illness?

When I stand on my left foot after waking up or resting for a while I have a strong pain in my left foot. It's located just below the ball of my foot, where it goes in - not as low as my arch, though. The pain starts there and shoots to the top and outer side as I walk on it. This has been going on for a while - maybe 6 months. (I know I should see a doctor, but it seems like all they ever want to do is put you on pain medication instead of figuring out the root problem.)

I'd love to know what is causing this, if there's anyone who can give me any ideas! Thanks!

I have a deflated disk in my lower back which allows my backbone to hit my sciatic nerve at times. Ive been going to chiropracter for over a year but pain keeps coming back. Another Doctor wants to give me a shot in the disc to reinflate the disc. Has anyone here had that done and is it a good decision. Are there any bad side effects??

Because mine does, and has for a while!! I'm a 26 year old female - so it's not old age; and I'm not out of shape, either! What can my doctor do about this? I will not go to a chiropractor because I have been to a couple before and I'm just not a believer. Advice! Please! I'm sick of being in PAIN!
