I think it's because they don't eat any sugar. just a thought

They do. My wallet can prove it. Just paid the vet over $500 for dental work on my miniature Dauchund.
Also, they don't tend to live as long as humans. Longer lived animals certainly develope tooth decay and cavities.

They do, actually. One good way to tell if your pet does have tooth cavities is bad breath.

Actually, they do. Usually, though, animals don't because they don't eat foods as high in refined sugars like humans do.
