When I was 15 I went to bed at 11:30 p.m. on a school night. On weekends I was in bed like at 12 or 1 a.m.

At least 9 hours before she has to get up. So if you have to get up at 7 then you should be in bed by 10.
No phone calls after 9 pm. Unless someone is dying it can wait until the morning.
No 15 year old should be out later than 10pm even on the weekends. There is nothing for a 15 year old to do after 10pm but to get into trouble.
If your parents work weekends then you should go to bed before they do so they can rest peacefully and go to work to take care of your ungrateful butt.
Early to bed, early to rise, makes one healthy, weathly, and wise.

I'd say 9:30 to 10:30 on weeknights (school nights) and 12:00 - 12:30 on weekends. . maybe later if there's a reason.

I think that would depend on how easy you get up in the morning. My daughter goes to bed at 9:30pm (she's 12). Next year she'll be going to bed at 10pm, but no later than that on a school night. The longer she stays up, the harder it is for her to get up in the morning, but she's gradually getting better. I think for now, 10 might be good for you.

It is always best to go to bed early and rise early as the God has made niight for sleep and comfort and day for work. Best time is to go to bed is about 4-5 hours after sunset to have a proper biological sleep

School night- by 11
Weekend or vacation- anytime, as long as they are home by *(In this situation I would say by about 10pm) and not a nuisance to anybody at home
If your teenage daughter is responsible, is obedient, and gets good grades then you should reward her by giving her some freedom. By doing this, she will appreciate you more, have an easier time following and understanding your rules, and an even harder time breaking them. Also, you'll make clear to her that when she gives (following your rules), she gets (staying up late).

I would say maybe 10 or 10:30. In the Central and Mountain standard time, that would give her time to watch the news if she needed info for school.
