I got stung by a wasp on the back of my hand. It's swelling up. What is a good remedy for reducing the pain/swelling or getting the venom out?

to the clumsiness. I have stepped on nails.. always cutting my hand on something or other.
Then about a month ago, I cut my hand on the chain saw. I had to go to the hosp and get stiches. Luckliy I'd had a tetnus shot a few years ago. But what I want to know is, when the next shot is due (the last was 2001) and when the time is up - should I get one BEFORE I do something or wait unitl I cut myself - again! And if I do wait, will the last shot still be effective if Icut myself - AGAIN!

I'd love to slow down but I somehow don't think that will happen for another 30 yrs! I am 49 now and on meds for anxiety and ADHD.

i need to go to rehab, i have tried to tell my mom but she doesnt care and isnt really in the listening mood im 18 and am going down hill vary VARY fast when i was little i was molested my mom doesnt know and in fact she has told me that she doesnt care about what has happened in my past, i used to be abused physcially i have a drinking problem am suicidal have depression issues i need to get my life back in order and feel that rehab is the one last straw that can help me i dont have insurance and am not the weathiest person in the world so how do i go about finding a good rehab that will help me get my life into order?

Have had seborrhic eczema a couple times with itching and hair loss. Disappeared in about 3 weeks with tar shampoos, for several years, then returned. Now, just have the itching. Am seeing a dermatologist. Have used prescription shampoos for scalp fungus and/or bacteria. Have been using tar shampoos alternately with gentle, hypoallergenic shampoos. Have run out of ideas. Any ideas? Will be grateful for help.

I used water to store my contact lenses and i put some used contact solution in the contact before i put each one in. During the day my eyes felt fine, but later that night around 3 in the morning my eyes where sooooo red. I looked like i had been smoking or something! Is it because i used water on them? And how long until they return white? This is sooo annoying!

my toe. about a week ago, i fell & my toenail hit the edge of the step, & popped up my toenail. I went to the doctor & they romoved it, bandaged it & sent me home, I changed the bandage they put on. I have kept neosporin & a bandaid on my toe. I havnt left the bandaid off, or cleaned it. It is VERY tender. Would it be ok to clean it with peroxide or something?? please help, i dont want my toe to run the risk of getting infescted. =[

I have been suffering from swollen lymph nodes in my neck on and off for over 6 months now. This afternoon I have developed a large swelling on the right side of my neck - it hurts to talk, swallow or move my neck. I can feel it pressing on my wind pipe but i can breathe ok. Can anyone give me any advise as there are no docs at the weekend.

Hello,

I am a type Ii diabetic who is trying to train for the SUsan G Komen 3 day 60-mile walk un Sept. After about five or so miles of walking the balls of my feet start to get really hot possibly getting ready to blister or callus up. I went to a technical shoe store and got fitted for a pair of shoes for the event. That helped a lot with my feet. Any other suggestions? Thanks and God Bless.

The current machine has UV and Active Carbon filtration.
The machine is Eureka Forbes' and is a 10 yr old model.
Just in general, should i opt for a repair, or get a new system with 6 step RO purification??
The water used is North Delhi's (India). and is soft water.
