Avoid excess caffeine product (do your usual amount but no more), sugar and carbs... Then when you get blurry eyed use caffeine is moderate doses to maintain...

There are also a 1/2 dozen herbs at your local health food store that are effective depending on your metabolism...

well for starters i work nights and every now and then have to do a double shift so this is what i do...caffeine doesn't work on me other than making me go to the toilet alot..but sugar does work so i eat lots of sugar loaded things like jelly beans and jelly babies etc. i also have found that for an isntant kick salt and vinegar crisps give a jumpstart to the senses i think its because of the strong tart taste .. these tricks work for me and for a few people that i have told about them....

My husand works 12 night shift four days a week. Energy drink called Volt, energy bars and I found and excellent drink called Rip It. And it tastes awsome too.

If you can handle it, drink some pickle juice/or/apple vinegar cider...anything w/vinegar as it's primary substance...OR make a strong STRong pot of coffee and add as many caffinated tea bags as u can handle the taste of.....Take 3 - 4 aspirin if u have no stomach probs! Good Luck

I don't know where you live... but in the US (specially inFlorida where I used to live) In every 7-eleven they have this pills called "UP TIME" always got me through the day ....

Just try diverting your mind in the activity u like in ur work. it will keep refreshing you & encouraging you to work more & be relax alothough you work more hard
