im having trouble breathing. I dont have asthma. i know.its not a big trouble. its like when u breath in and when you breath out it stops quick. get it? it like, it doent go in. get it? is it part of this period thing. is it one of the signs im getting my period? please help me.

Hyperventilating? Some say breathing into a paper bag can help with hyperventilating. Have the bag cover your nose and mouth and breath.
There are no breathing symptoms associated with getting your period. Do you have something stressful going on in your life that you are upset about - fear of change perhaps? That could cause it.

ummm . . it can be serious Breathing diffuculties are a reason to go to hospital, but go in the bathroom and turn on the shower and let it steam up and breath it in for 12-15 min. If u still having issues go to a hospital!

Any thing that has to do with breathing should not be played with. Get to a Doctor as soon as you can. By the way maybe you should try to find another way to get your point across, get it?

its not a sign that you're getting your period, but maybe if you just relax and calm down for a while the trouble will go away
