How come when I take a crap, I have to wipe like 59 times before I'm clean. I have to use those wet wipes now. Can other people actually wipe only a couple times and be completely clean?
My anus has been bloody because I wipe so much before

I say cracking the knuckles does not contribute to or cause arthritis, but my boyfriend says it does. Who is right? Does cracking the knuckles do any harm at all?

My fiancee's tonsils swell on and off all the time, and he gets two-week-long strep throat sessions 2 or 3 times a year. When he was little, he got tonislitis 6 times in 6 months, and insurance required he get it 7 times in 6 months to qualify to get them taken out. We have no insurance right now, and they're at him again, it's driving him nuts!

Is it possible to get them done in Mexico, and how expensive is it? My grandmother gets all her dental work done in Mexico, she rents a hotel room for a couple days and brings a ton of bottled water.

Or anyone know how we can get it done cheap here in the states with no insurance?

Usually I go to bed around 10. However, I find myself unable to settle into a routine like this. I'm taking summer classes at night, I have to work, and I have sports and social activity, I can't always be home and sleeping by 10. My body doesn't seem to understand when I want it to sleep. I often lay in bed for several hours and I can't sleep. Then I finally fall asleep by 3 or 4 AM, and I can't wake up until noon the next day. I'm not worried about when I wake up, as I usually don't have to do anything until 1 or 2 PM, but its very frustrating to not be able to fall asleep. Is there any way to let my body know that I want it to go to sleep? I've tried music, decaf tea, warm milk, baths, excercising before bed, even meditation. Nothing seems to work. I find myself taking benadryl at 230 in the morning sometimes just so I can get some rest. What can I do?
