You might be anemic. You might not be getting enough sleep. You might be depressed, which can cause people to feel tired all the time. If you're a busy mother and you also work outside the home, you might just be stretched too thin. Take a closer look at your life to see if any of these answers fit.
You might try taking a multivitamin-mineral tablet daily, and try to eat a well-rounded diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and some red meat to give you iron.

If there is no medical reason for it, you may have something called Candida. This is an overgrowth of yeast, often brought on by recurrent uses of anti-biotics (especially those used to treat acne, UTI's etc), and the #1 symptom is fatigue.
There are websites that have a lot of info, and quizes of symptoms.
Most doctors don't recognize this as a legitimate condition (yet), but cutting-edge and holistic doctors have seen this for years.
I know once I knew that this my problem and cut out sugar, and was really carefull about taking antibiotics, it made a world of difference.

This happened to me...you work hard for a long period of time and accumulate a lot of fatigue. once you stop that cycle, all the fatigue comes back at you. i recommend a lot of sleep for some time, get some vit.C, but natural if possible. This should go away soon, if not you should consult a doctor. Get well!

It could be a number of things, physical or mental. In addition to excercise you also need to have a good diet. Also, stress and depression can cause sleepiness.

Sleep at least 7 to 8hrs a night. Eat lots of vegies and less meat. If you still feel tired, go see a doctor.
BTW, make sure your spouse does not put rat poison in your food. I saw it on one of Oprah's show.
